VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Administrative Support

Purpose:                         To assist the Chapter with general office support

Key Responsibilities:      ●Work as a general office clerk, utilizing office skills such as filing, word processing and other general needs

●Assist departments with paperwork, database maintenance and mass mailings

 

●Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:                ●Ability to work well with volunteers and paid staff

●Knowledge and competency of basic office equipment

 

●Knowledge of general office protocol, procedures and equipment

 

●Professional appearance and manner

 

Training/Criteria:            ●Complete Volunteer Application

●Complete online background check

 

●Complete New Employment and Volunteer Orientation

 

●On the job training as necessary
